Around 10–30 people are diagnosed with alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma (ARMS) each year in the UK. Greater awareness, research & support are urgently needed to help improve future outcomes for young people.

Young lives affected

Around 60–70% of alveolar cases occur in children, teenagers and young adults, making it a cancer that disproportionately affects young lives and families.

Driving greater awareness and understanding of ARMS and rare childhood cancers through education, public awareness, advocacy and community engagement to help support earlier recognition, informed conversations and improved long-term outcomes.
